When should we push this?
It's certainly not fully done, my question is more what's the minimum
functionality that won't inconvenience people unduly?
Straw-man:
* When the Eclipse build is verified.
* I coordinate with Uwe about the when would be convenient to deal with the
build machines.
My reasoning is:
* updating Confluence and Jenkins depends on this
* the relative links issue is being worked on by Tomoko Ushida (LUCENE-9441)
and doesn't stand in the way of day-to-day work
* The dev-tools/scripts issue also doesn't hold up day-to-day work. I'll raise
a blocker for 9.0 to track this momentarily and link it here.
* AFAIK, the ref guide and README/INSTALL updates are all done. We may flush
out some I missed as time passes.
Thoughts?
