These handlers are already registered at the node level; that isn't changing.
What's changing is that they will _not_ be registered at the core level as
well. Thanks for bringing {{implicit-requesthandlers.adoc}} to my attention –
no change is needed there AFAICT (please look closer Nazerke). It refers to
these handlers at their node level paths, not at the core level paths that they
are also available at today.
