Uwe Schindler commented on LUCENE-10055:
----------------------------------------

Thanks Houston for opening the issue. To correct the description: The Lucene
directory in INFRA's repo at the old location is already gone, so a release is
not possible without fixing the scripts. I removed it from Subversion to
prevent commit there, although this would not have been needed for disk space
reasons (Subversion does shallow copies).

I am not so familar with the release scripts to take care of that. I will check
tomorrow if it's enough to search and replace the URLs. More python knowledge
is missing :-)

> Update release scripts and documentation to use new INFRA svn repo

> Key: LUCENE-10055
> URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/LUCENE-10055
> Project: Lucene - Core
> Issue Type: Task
> Components: release wizard
> Affects Versions: 8.10
> Reporter: Houston Putman
> Priority: Blocker
>
> Apache infra is deprecating (and soon removing) the SVN repo that we used to
> use for storing documentation that is hosted via the Lucene website.
> The new repo (https://svn.apache.org/repos/infra/sites/lucene) is still
> mounted to Apache hosts, and we will be able to use it similarly.
> The release wizard and release scripts need to be updated to use this new SVN
> repo, and paths within the repository.
> The directory structure is now (under the repo and path linked above):
> - core/<version> (javadocs)
> More information can be found at INFRA-21504
