Ooooh I like that theory [~jpountz] – so IW is (illegally) allowing too many
backlogged flushes to build up. IW normally tries to throttle incoming
indexing threads when this happens, so something has gone wrong. Maybe full
flush is somehow failing to throttle properly? Thanks for digging [~jpountz].
