Took me two hours to figure out why Nexus returns HTTP 400... It's because the
upload command above attempts to send artifacts with a snapshot release number
and the release repository doesn't allow such artifacts.
It's stupid that it doesn't reply with something more informative. I'm done for
the day but I think I have all the pieces -- will polish this over the weekend
and will get back to you, Jan.
