Review comment:
       its fine. I guess its a little wierd since these are ordinals, yet we 
using SortedNumericDocValues here (not SortedSet). So if we want to check it, I 
guess for now it has to be slowly for each value. On the other hand with 
SortedSet, check can be more efficient, you can just check that no ordinals 
exceed MAXINT for the whole segment with a single check (`getValueCount`).
