It seems this also [affects apache/lucenenet](https://github.com/apache/lucenenet/blob/657511fbf314e340e5b782cf389b017c12796bf6/src/Lucene.Net/Codecs/Compressing/LZ4.cs#L139-L140), but I am not familiar with .NET.
