Found a bug where we would de-quantize and re-quantize during graph merges when floats were not available. This was responsible for the recall discrepancy between the data blind formats. I also made a small change to forbid dropping floats for asymmetric formats (1 and 2 bits) because the current path would de-quantize and then re-quantize to 4 bits which is expensive and might produce a worse graph than performing straight symmetric comparisons at those bit rates. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
