### Description This PR fixes #16698 and adds support for floats and double in IndexSortSortedNumericDocValuesRangeQuery (both single and multivalued, via numeric and sorted_numeric docValues). FloatField and DoubleField now use IndexSortSortedNumericDocValuesRangeQuery when creating rangeQueries. And IndexSortSortedNumericDocValuesRangeQuery has convenience methods for floats and doubles to limit confusion on what encoding should be used to convert to longs. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
