some of these problems might have alternative solutions. for a "price" field, don't use floating point, just index integer value of "cents" (or equivalent). Same goes for a latency in ms of 3 decimal places, just index microseconds instead as an integer. I guess I'm just heavily suspicious of benchmarks for them, when i feel floating point should not be used at all in such cases. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
