### Description PR add the ability to move the graph data structure which is getting building during segment merges from Heap to offheap. Vectors are already present in offheap. This PR adds the ability to keep the graph structure off heap too. With this change now we can build large graphs which are greater than heap size with Lucene. Flushes I kept it still on heap since its generally very small. With this change we should not see crashes in case of multiple graph builds or large graph builds.
