Now the compilation of the small test file fails:

Before, we only tried to compile an {{.obj}} file with {{chaz_CC_compile_obj}},
which succeeded. Now, we try to compile an {{.exe}} file with
{{chaz_CC_compile_exe}}, which fails for some reason. This also explains why
{{chaz_CC_detect_macro}} failed before.
To further diagnose this issue, I'd suggest to run {{charmonizer.exe}} a second
time with {{CHARM_VERBOSITY=2}} if the first run failed.
