Description:
while working on https://projects.apache.org/, I found that
http://lucy.apache.org/doap.rdf was missing required asfext:pmc element
see http://projects.apache.org/docs/pmc.html
(notice that the doc explains about sometimes about asfext:PMC when it should
always explain about asfext:pmc)
if useful, there is a DOAP file creation form to help:
http://projects-old.apache.org/create.html
Can you add the entry, please, since it is causing automatic analysis issues
