According to CPAN testers, the threaded error tests added in 0.5.0 always
segfault under Perl 5.10.0 on Linux. But they never fail under 5.10.1 or 5.8.x,
so this might be caused by a bug in 5.10.0.
Maybe I'll investigate further, or I'll simply disable thread support under
5.10.0.
