Currently we do not have a good naming convention for MADlib package for
greenplum (gppkg). We should change it to something like:
madlib-<version_number>-<db_platform>-<os>.gppkg
For eg:- madlib-1.13-gpdb5-rhel6_x86_64.gppkg
