We create index for one of the tables created in SSSP and APSP for Postgres.
This index creation may or may not be required, and this story must investigate
the same. Indexes could also potentially hurt the performance because we do
multiple updates on it.
Acceptance:
Find if index is needed (perf runs?)
If not needed, remove it.
