attached madlib-gpdb6-centos7-1.17-857049e.rpm built from source
from [~okislal]: "I guess we can temporarily add it to the community artifacts
folder of the madlib site repo. We can remove it once we have 1.17 out."
so looks like action plan is
1) build a madlib 1.16 .rpm from source on centos7 for gpdb
2) upload:
[https://github.com/apache/madlib-site/tree/asf-site/community-artifacts]
3) create installation guide with this rpm is wget
