The function kmeanspp_auto in not created during installation on ubuntu with
PostgreSQL 11, but it is reffered from [Jupiter
notebook|https://github.com/apache/madlib-site/blob/asf-site/community-artifacts/Unsupervised-learning/Kmeans-auto-k-selection-v1.ipynb]
Seems like the code for function creation is broken.
