We can create a docker image that compiles the doxygen pages and reports the
static html pages as an artifact. This could be created using an automatic
trigger on builds.apache.org giving us online docs for the latest code changes.
At the point of a release (or at arbitrary intervals), we can push these docs
to the [madlib website repository
|https://git-wip-us.apache.org/repos/asf?p=incubator-madlib-site.git] using an
svn script.
