Release v1.9: Minor License Changes
JIRA: MADLIB-979
- Added UseLATEX license to LICENSE file
- Removed obsolete FindArmadillo.cmake file
- Fixed the license issue with FindPostgreSQL.cmake
- Removed redundant copyright lines from NOTICE file
