We didn't specify a "distributed by" section for the output table and leaving
it for the default behavior might not be the best option. I think index columns
will be a good fit, since the records are already grouped on them. I am sure
that having a NULL value in a distribution column does not give an error.
Please let me know if you have any comments or concerns.
