Many algorithms in MADLib and certain sub-routines in the execution pipeline
would benefit from offloading to GPU. It make sense to adding this support to
the library. The GPU support could also use appropriate and adaptive
parallelism (data or model), depending on the algorithm and nature of the
analyzed data.
