Support easy install and running of MADlib commands from the command line in a
similar way that can do for Spark or Hive.
The install command (brew install, apt-get, etc.) would install MADlib and
PostgreSQL and allow immediate SQL commands for MADlib to be run. Could be
from shell of via psql.
