I cant remember exactly why I brought this down from a blocker, ie. what about
{{MahoutDistributedContext}} picking up jars had to do with {{OpenCL/OpenMP}} .
iirc the Spark tests use don't scan the directory and use only provided jars,
so we'd have to make {{viennacls}} a dependancy... I can look closer in the
next couple of days.
