Well actually the RELEASE_NOTES are in the bundle (I think).

What I was referring to is that usually the RELEASE_NOTES from the archive also 
get copied to be in parallel with the archive so you can inspect them before 
downloading. 

Not sure if this is a requirement, but It's just something all other projects 
I'm working on have that way ... usually they also place a README and 
RELEASE_NOTES there.
