Well I think nothing really has to be done in this aspect. I setup the build to
produce:
apache-mahout-14.2.0-source-release.zip
apache-mahout-14.2.0-source-release.zip.asc
apache-mahout-14.2.0-source-release.zip.sha512
However you simply need to stage the artifacts in "target/checkout/target" into
SVN to fulfill this requirement.
