Hooray for self help! I fixed it, w00t w00t.
@andrewmusselman or whoever else- please check the docs for grammar, bc that
is a really weak suit for me. You can test the produced docker image with
```
docker pull apache/mahout-zeppelin:14.1
docker run -p 8080:8080 --rm --name whatever apache/mahout-zeppelin:14.1
```
And then surf to http://localhost:8080 in your favorite browser.
