I've started on a repo to do some small testing related to the info that will
eventually be entered into the google sheet. My thought was that initializing
some basis states and bell states, and then codifying some expected computing
outcomes might be reusable in a future testing suite, so I might as well
organize it reasonably instead of making an ad hoc notebook that's strictly on
my local machine.
