This PR reverts the changes introduced on #MARVIN-1 related to renaming the
engine-executor by engine-server. The community needs a new opportunity to
discuss this theme, and I will open a separated PR for it. This PR intends to
let the engine-executor in the same state it was before the MR, without
removing the progress that was expected from the issue #MARVIN-1 (having the
ability to build docker images, especially with R)
