Description:
* Should be a valid R package
* Should contain unit tests etc
* Should contain utility classes, base classes, interfaces, and grpc server
* Should implement the DASE interface (Uses python implementation to
understand the interfaces)
R common-lib should have the same base features of the Python common-lib:
