it'd be nice if, when the release plugin is about to perform a release, it
could update a piece of documentation to include the release date and notes
(from jira?) for that project. Not sure how much would be involved here, but
there would have to be some sort of interface to the issue tracker to allow
retrieval of release notes...and in that case, maybe it'd be good to just seal
up the release on the issue tracker as well...
Mostly just dreaming here, but integrating more release activities here would
be a big benefit, IMO.
