Fix Version: 2.1
Added new Implementation-Vendor-Id manifest entry to maven-archiver with
default value being the project's groupId. You must enable the new
<addDefaultImplementationEntries> element in the manifest configuration or else
Maven doesn't add anything. Alternatively you can just supply your own value
in the manifest configuration entries within the JAR configuration.
