The <moduleSet> as illustrated at
http://maven.apache.org/plugins/maven-assembly-plugin/examples/multimodule/module-binary-inclusion-simple.html
assumes that all modules are directly below the pom.xml and therefore does not
work in a hierarchical (multi-level) project structure.
