Get Maven x.y.z and release notes ? To get Maven you can use the download link
....
Release notes of the plugins can be found in the announcment
list...http://mail-archives.apache.org/mod_mbox/maven-announce/...
Binaries can be found via the link on the every plugin page
(https://maven.apache.org/plugins/maven-war-plugin/download.html for example)..?
