but https://svn.codehaus.org/mojo/trunk/mojo/mojo-sandbox/pom.xml
shows that current version is 3-SNAPSHOT.
2) Using Sandbox Plugins / Snapshot Repository
(http://mojo.codehaus.org/using-sandbox-plugins.html)
has an incorrent link to the snapshot repository since it links to
http://snapshots.maven.codehaus.org
when it should be
http://snapshots.repository.codehaus.org
