no, MPIR does not add anything: Maven core adds, then MPIR displays
MPIR is only the first tool used to display values calculated by Maven core,
then the first to show you the problem
but try a {{mvn help:effective-pom}} and you'll see that the problem resides in
the effective pom
that won't change anything to the user-facing problem: that just gave me
MPIR-290 idea, where MPIR does not display exactly effective pom value but
tries to fix it (an idea I didn't have before, since PMIR is not supposed to
update anything to effective pom values)
