You are right that the file f1492191-c1d9-4caa-a6bf-44160486454d.xml was
created during the build using the user toolchains.xml. Are you suspecting its
content was incorrect or you have clear evidence? According to the Mikael
Barbero, the file content was correct but was ignored by Maven. I'll reopen the
Eclipse bug and ask Mikael Barbero to verify.
