Fix For: 3.3.7
Currently we have a [default life cycle binding for
par|http://maven.apache.org/ref/3.3.3/maven-core/default-bindings.html#Plugin_bindings_for_jar_packaging].
I think it does not make sense, cause we don't have a maven-par-plugin in
contradiction that this plugin is mentioned in the life cycle binding.
If you like to use a par module this can be handled with the maven-ear-plugin
where it belong.
