After fixing 3.1->3.0.1 in commons-httpclient, there's still a missing piece
Missing:

1) aspectj:aspectjtools:jar:1.5.1a
Try downloading the file manually from the project website.
Then, install it using the command:
mvn install:install-file -DgroupId=aspectj -DartifactId=aspectjtools \
-Dversion=1.5.1a -Dpackaging=jar -Dfile=/path/to/file
Path to dependency:
1) org.springframework:spring:jar:2.0-rc3
2) aspectj:aspectjtools:jar:1.5.1a
