Surefire starting playing up today - I believe it may be due to some
classloader changes that were committed earlier today. The symptoms were
java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: org/apache/maven/surefire/util/UrlUtils
at
org.apache.maven.surefire.booter.SurefireBooter.createClassLoader(SurefireBoote
r.java:599)
at
org.apache.maven.surefire.booter.SurefireBooter.getTestClassLoader(SurefireBoot
er.java:569)
at
org.apache.maven.surefire.booter.SurefireBooter.runSuitesInProcess(SurefireBoot
er.java:250)
at
org.apache.maven.surefire.booter.SurefireBooter.main(SurefireBooter.java:807)
When trying to run tests. To fix it, I edited the <version> tag for Surefire
in my pom.xml and changed it to 2.2.
