This issue came up using sonar-maven-plugin.
When dealing with managed transitive system-scoped dependencies, sonar analysis
crashed.
According to sonar plugin maintainers, this is an issue in Maven dependency
tree library, and not in sonar-maven-plugin itself.
In order to allow this plugin to work correctly in this situation, without
modifications that would break backward compatibility, a fix for this issue is
needed in a 2.1 branch of Maven dependency tree library.
