* Maven SCM Plugin / Usage page
([https://maven.apache.org/scm/maven-scm-plugin/usage.html]):
"SCM Plugin Matrix" links to "http://docs.codehaus.org/display/SCM/SCM+Matrix";
which doesn't exist anymore - all Codehaus services have been terminated.
* Maven SCM Providers Matrix page ([https://maven.apache.org/scm/matrix.html]):
"Wiki of Maven SCM Matrix" links to the same non-existing page.
