Sure, closing this one is fine. However regarding DOXIASITETOOLS-93, I don't
think that request-scoped tools should be activated. We're not talking about
dynamic webpages. What I would like to see is are all the entries of the
VelocityContext. That has nothing to do with a (Servlet)Request, and I thought
that $\{content} should be used for it.
