The best would be in order to avoid confusion, to have a new parameter in 3.0
saying {{overlayIncludes}}/{{overlayExcludes}} which defined sematics. Everyone
would be happly probably. Go ahead and create an improvement request for 3.0.
You may even want to raise this on the dev mailing list. Fine with me.
