Running the test suite Windows will tell you that Subversion has crashed and
Windows is trying to recover from. It has been reported to the [Subversion
mailing list|http://svn.haxx.se/users/archive-2016-02/0009.shtml]. The outcome
is that the repo internal files are line normalized by Git on Windows though
Subversion expects always {{\n}}.
