Fix For: maven-common-artifact-filters-3.0.1
Add a flag to the {{ArtifactIncludeFilterTransformer}} for the actTransitivily
flag as used by both {{PatternIncludesArtifactFilter}} and
{{PatternExcludesArtifactFilter}}. If a pattern doesn't match with the id of
the artifact, it will go through the dependencyTrail to try and match the
pattern.
