Several of the example pages says that "Archiver-Version" is included in the
standard manifest entries. My tests with m-jar-p v3.0.2 and m-war-p v3.0.0
(which uses maven-archiver v3.1.1) shows it is not included.
Here's the example pages I see needs to be updated:
* examples/manifest.html
* examples/manifestEntries.html
* examples/manifestSections.html
* examples/classpath.html
