nonFilteredFileExtensions should be added to assembly-plugin similar to the 
param that exists in resources-plugin: 
https://maven.apache.org/plugins/maven-resources-plugin/examples/binaries-filtering.html

Currently I have to double the fileSets with includes/excludes and filtered 
true/false.
