Fix For: 2.19.2
TestNG system properties, i.e. version and classifier, is specified in
SurefireLauncher.java and surefire-integration-tests/pom.xml.
This cause duplicates using Maven 3.5.0.
Avoiding duplicates and using version and classifier only in test method
provides better code clarity and maintenance.
