When invoking create-a-project-from-archetype on a project with the following 
structure:
{code}
src/
    main/
           webapp/
                       resources/
                                       archetypeId/
                                                         a.jsp
                                                         a.png
{code}

creates an archetype with the following structure:

{code}
src/
    main/
           webapp/
                       resources/
                                       archetypeId/
                                                         a.png
                                      __archetypeId__/
                                                         a.jsp
{code}

I believe the correct output should only contain {{__archetypeId__}} even with 
the {{jsp}} filtered and the {{a.png}} not fildered.
